Will this get my bond back?

We clean to the standard property managers look for at a final inspection. The bond decision is made by your property manager or landlord, and it can depend on more than cleaning, so we can’t promise the outcome.

Does the property need to be empty?

Yes, please. Furniture and belongings should be moved out before we start, so we can reach inside cupboards, wardrobes and every part of the floor.

Is the oven included?

The oven and fridge interiors are add-ons. Choose them when you book, along with interior windows or carpet steam cleaning, and they are priced in your estimate.

When should I book?

As early as you can, once you know your moving date. Book the clean for after your belongings are out and before the final inspection.
